Log in to mail2web
Mail2web is an Internet email client that allows you to collect your email from
any Internet Service Provider over the Web (providing it uses POP mail servers). There is
no limit on the size of file that can be opened or deleted.
First you need to visit the mail2web homepage at http://www.mail2web.com/. Then you need
to log in and can do so using the format below: username@pop.wanadoo.co.uk. Remember, your
username is everything after the @ sign in your email address.
In the example below, the email address is barney@yourname.wanadoo.co.uk, so the username
is yourname.wanadoo.co.uk. The full login name for Mail2web (or email address) is
yourname.wanadoo.co.uk@pop.wanadoo.co.uk.
Enter your usual account password and then click on the Check Mail button.

Delete the stuck email
You should now see the contents of your email Inbox. As a guide, you are looking for messages larger than about 2000K. Select the email that you want to delete by clicking on the box alongside it to make a tick appear. Then click on the Delete Selected button.

Confirm deletion and return to Outlook Express
You will now see a confirmation screen that asks whether you are sure you want to delete the selected email. Click on the Yes button to delete the email. You should now be able to retrieve your emails using Outlook Express as normal.
